Remove color for "Inactive panel".

Have you tried to deactivate your AV program for testing?

It is not a ZIP archive.
It is SFX 7-Zip Archiv.
You can open the file in FreeCommander with the Total7Zip plugin.

On Details view, I can click right mouse button on the column header and add new add current view to automatic views. But when List view or Thumbnails view is opened, there is not such column header and there is no easy way to add current view to automatic views.

For programs defined under Settings -> Programs -> Editors you must use F4 for editing.

If you have many lines under Settings -> Programs -> Editors than change the order of the lines. Make the line with your editor as first.

- Select all search resalt and use Alt+Ins for "Edit - Copy path+name as text"
- Open any editor paste the clipboard content

It would be nice to know what mean you "can not change colors".

one thing it won't do is delete an entire word while holding down CTRL, for example when renaming files. All modern apps/UIs do this

In all editors and applications I use, Ctrl+Del removes all text from the cursor position to the end of the line.
The same way works it for rename in FC.

I can see those two entries in the menu "File", but there is no indicator that they are activated by pressing Space (if you mean this?).

Set the focus in the result list first.
