Re: R507 - Disable renaming of some items
Partially fixed, control panel, network...
Computer, Recycle Bin is not fixed.
Also menu item "Rename" is not greyed-out for any such items.

Have you checked, what make Windows Explorer for Computer and Recycle Bin? On my Win7/64 is rename active for these items.
Re: R507 - Disable renaming of some items
Windows Explorer lets me rename Computer and Recycle Bin on Win7. So for me, there is no such bug any more.Marek wrote:Have you checked, what make Windows Explorer for Computer and Recycle Bin? On my Win7/64 is rename active for these items.
Re: R507 - Disable renaming of some items

Re: R507 - Disable renaming of some items
I don't have R507, but with R508 I am able to rename both Computer and Recycle Bin. I am running Vista x64.
Re: R507 - Disable renaming of some items
I'm using R508 too, but I'm not able to rename those items. Vista 32-bit SP2.
