Copying just certain pictures from a folder

Hey there, i have a question. Let's say i have 2 folders: folder A with 10k pictures, and folder B with 20k pictures (where 10k of those are the ones from folder A). How can i make it so that i can extract just those 10k files from folder B (files found in both folders), and copy them elsewhere?

This is mainly a backup concern as the dates of my files have been messed up, but i have a backup of my stuff. Was thinking i can replace those pics alone.
