733 - MultiRename default counter settings

FC XE 733x64 donor portable using default settings on win10x64:

Counter always starts at 5 (FC XE 730 doesn't have this issue).

And I'd also like to make some changes (only 2 digits for Counter, for example) and Save them as Default (without using a Profile).

You can use option "Start with last used settings".
