Favorite Tools Panel {how to add 2nd panel}

Hello: I would like to know how one could add a second panel of the 'favorites' panel that displays all the icons for the various .exe's that allow you to quickly execute them. I have a lot of program icons listed in the panel and each time that I add a new program, it goes off freeCommander's display within that panel. Invariably, I have to drag the bottom of freeCommander's window to increase the panel's length as opposed to adding a second panel, which is what I want to do so that I don't have to drag freeCommander's window each time to see the new icon.

I've looked around the program to see what there is that I can do to increase the panels number to 2, rather than always having to drag FC window.
How can I add a second panel and therefore, then have the icons displayed there. Thanks in advance for your help.
