621 Selecting with Shift + Arrow Down/Up in NC-Mode

Dear Marek,

selecting files in NC mode via Shift + Arrow Down/Up does not seem to work as it should.

The last file (the one where the cursor is after selecting) is selected as well in FC XE, while it should not be. Also, it is not possible to deselect files via Shift + Arrow Down/Up.

Furthermore, when I hold down Ctrl while moving the cursor down with the arrow key and then release Ctrl and press Shift + Down, all files from the one where I first started to the one I end at are selected (not sure if this is a bug or just a feature I don't understand).

This should be fixed.
