'Selecting Same Item in Other Panel'

Hi I used to use 2009.02b and i configured a shortcuts for 'Selecting the same item in other panel' and compare the files. this is working awesome.

When I checked the same in XE (621), it is working when i have the file in both panels. for suppose, if the file is missing other panel, it is not unselecting the previous selected file and this is causing a problem for me while comparing the files. this makes me to check the second file each time. In older version, it used to unselect the previous file selected file and when i compare using compare tools like winmerge, second panel is completly empty.

please give me some suggestions.

Maybe you could send me some screenshots from the 2009.02 and XE version with a bit detailed description.

I have selected different files in two panels.

I have used ‘select same in other panel’

Here I am expecting unselecting the initial one (old version 2009.02b unselects the file from second panel).
