Option to prevent accidental 2x click and drag&drop

Sometimes I open one file twice, when I click twice - when I'm using single click to open the files.

To reproduce try to double click quickly the mp3 file (should be opened in AIMP).

The same for drag and drop.

I suggest to add option with the custom time in ms to ignore the operation, it should be enabled by default and the default value should be.. I'm not sure 300ms?
