582 - "Activate profiles combo box first" broken

This multi rename option doesn't work good, the other options (start with empty settings, last used settings and open first profile on start) can't be used if "Activate profiles combo box first" is active.

I'd like to use last used settings and "Activate profiles combo box first".

I think the option "Activate profiles combo box first" should be independent and perhaps more options should be added ("activate file list first", and "activate file name first").

If not, then if "Activate profiles combo box first" is disabled, file name field should be activated (as in old FC).

So it has been changed, but it doesn't work good sometimes, still broken in 590.
