I found this problem using FreeCommander XE.

Linked Browsing does not work properly if there are more than one level of directory with the same name (a child dir with the same name as its parent dir). For example, if there are two directories with the same name, the second under the first one, and you double click on the first one you will end up seeing the contents of the second one. If you go up from the second one you will end up at the directory containing the first one. There is no way to go into the first dir and see its content.
