R528 history bugs

In FC XE build 528 when I use the "History - back" shortcut, toolbar button or mouse button 4, FC always displays the last browsed folder (jumping back and forward between the last two folders practically).

Also the "History - next" button is always inactive.

It might be just something wrong with my setup, as I do not remember someone else bringing this into attention (pretty annoying bug, seen also in previous build).

I can make a small video recording displaying this issue if it helps.
