Selecting file under Vista

I use the mode NC for selecting files.
When i Clic on a folder for exemple, when the folder is seletedd and the mouse pointer is over, it's unreadable. The name of the folder (or file) colour is white. With the defaut colour of windows this is unreadable until the mouse live the line
