compare without Systemfolders

How can I compare without Systemfolders (e.g. $RECICLE or System Volume Informations) ?

For the "Compare" function Alt+V you can only activate /deactivate comparing with folders. There is no option now for system folders. You can use "Synchronize " function Alt+S. This function has the option "with hidden".
