930 Left Drag/Drop copy to the Same Place Not working

The releases 928, 929 and the 930 have the same bug:
Left Drag/Drop with Ctr key to copy file or folder to the Same Place Not working any more since release 928. Older releases such as 926 or older work fine.

To reproduce, Left Drag and Drop any file or combined file and folder with CTR key pressed to copy the selected objects to the same place, error message will pop out. But older versions used to allow the "copy to the same place" operation.

But Right Drag and Drop with Ctr key pressed to copy to the same place, then choose copy here from the pop out menu, will work.

I am not sure this is a bug or this feature is disabled in the current release.

As workaround you can currently activate the option "External tool is used for drag&drop...".
