To reproduce this bug please:
#1] Have both Panels visible
#2] Enter whatever in any of the Quick Filter boxes
#3] Merely deactivate the Quick Filter [i.e. do not delete content of its box but just turn it off]
#4] Switch focus to opposite Panel
#5] Hide the opposite Panel i.e. the one which has that defunct Quick Filter
#6] Bring back the missing Panel
Result: the Quick Filter is now turned on despite having been turned off
This is happening in Build 907 64-bit Donor Portable and Build 900 32-bit Public Installed

Confirmed in 907.
For #5 and #6 you can just press F10 twice.
