832 - Flickering issues

To reproduce:
- use my settings
- use list view
- go to folder with folders and files in 2 columns
- focus last file in 2nd column
- copy paste it
= panel is flickering
- now rename last file
= panel is flickering
- now delete last file
= panel is flickering
- create new file "zzz" while you are in 2nd column
= panel is flickering
- create new file "aaa" while you are in 2nd column (file should be created in 1st column)
= panel is flickering twice
- open settings and press OK to close it
= panel is flickering

Some of these issues were working good in older versions.
