Show in r/h pane

#1 Post by bertie » 24.07.2008, 21:03

I've just started using Free Commander but I can't see how to click on a drive or folder in left hand pane and see the details in right hand pane. This is how I used to use Powerdesk.
Is this possible>

Do you mean "Quick view" (Ctrl+Q)?

Show in r/h pane

Hi. Well, not exactly. If I click on D:\ drive in the drive list for example, and do CTl+Q, all I get in the r/h pane is a total of files in a folder on the D;\ drive, but not a complete list of files and folders from the top of the drive tree which is what I want..
Or, if I select C:\in the drive list, then CTL+Q, all I get is the same thing, ie, total files, etc. but because the top folder in the l/h pane is highlighted (usually Recycle Bin) I get the precis of contents in the r/h pane of the Recycle Bin!.
Hope that makes sense!

Hmm.. perhaps it would be clearer with the screenshot from the other program, to show what exactly do you want. If you don't know how to make a screenshot check this topic please:
