Tree view does not refresh

Hi again!

The tree view does not refresh if new folders are created by external programs or on network drives. Also Ctrl+R does not add the folders to the tree.

What happens if the external program Windows Explorer is?
Ctrl+R works for focused window: first click in the tree view or use Shift+Ctrl+R.
