File Edit Verses Right-Click Edit

I go to the programs settings menu and for the editor, select *.txt and the path to notepad2.exe (a valid path to the notepad2 executable.) So then I migrate to a *.txt file, right click and select edit, and notepad (not notepad2) opens with the text file to edit.

If I select the text file in the file tree display and go to File|Edit or F4, notepad2 starts with the textfile, just as I expected and wanted it to do with the right click context menu.

Am I not setting FC up correctly or is this a bug?

This is normal AFAIK, that option is for F4 FC option, not for the context menu, you have to configure this elsewhere (don't know where exactly, I don't use it, but not in FC).
