R520 linked browsing not keeping in sync

If I'm using linked browsing usually it keeps the two panes in sync. However if I click a .. at the top of one of the panes to go back to the previous folder, the other pane will actually go back 2 folders instead of 1. The "go to upper folder" icon does work though.

I just installed the 532 public preview. This doesn't work and it was also identified in:
