NC Mode: Deselection all Files possible?

Hi, as old TC user I'm confused about FC's behaviour in NC Mode: I'm used to deselect files by clicking them with the right mousebutton (or space bar). This works as expected - exept for the last selected file in a directory. I can't deselect it?!

Of course, it's possible. You can deselect also all files at once, with a shortcut Ctrl+Num - , but you can change it.
