Hello,
sorry but I don't understand what exactly you need.
- to copy the file, use F5, Enter
- to move the file, use F6, Enter
- to create shortcut, hold right click and drag the file to other pane, "create shortcut here"
If you want to disable text "Shortcut to " (XP) or " - Shortcut" (Vista) when creating shortcut then it's probably possible via registry or third party programs, like Tweak UI, perhaps also in Windows, but I don't know where and how exactly.

You want to move a file by dragging it, and not to make a shortcut.
Hold down the Shift key when you drag the file.
If you want to copy the file and have it in both places, hold down the Ctrl key while you drag the file.
With Free Commander, it is easier, and often safer, to use the Function keys to copy and move files from one panel to the other. F5=Copy F6=Move
