File transfer to/from iPAQ Pocket PC.

How do I achieve file transfers between my iPAQ Pocket PC and my desktop PC using Microsoft ActiveSync via the supplied cradle. Explorer has an icon for "My Computer" which contains a listing for "Mobile Device", which the FC equivalent seems to lack. :?: :?:
