In Panel Document Viewer Change Page Buttons Not Working

I am using FreeCommander XE 2024 Build 917 64-bit donor. The previous page and next page buttons on the in panel document viewer no longer work since my upgrade to the current version. After viewing a pdf document, the next page button in the document viewer will work to move one page and then will stop working. The back page does not work either. I can still page through documents using the Page Up and Page Down keys, but the viewer buttons do not work. Has anyone else experienced this? Have a solution?

Not confirmed
Tested with large and small PDF files.
No problems, the internal viewer buttons for previous/next are always working.

The buttons in the toolbar are working well.
The embedded buttons on the left and right of the page (<>) are broken.

If I switch to the internal viewer, there are no such buttons for me.
By default, I use the Total Commander SLister Plugin with SumatraPDF.
