Ability to edit built-in menus

#1 Post by robsc » 22.05.2024, 18:56

In the address bar, I have the systems folder. Is it possible to edit that? If you could edit what these default items contain, it would be nice. Maybe there already is and I don't know how.

Thanks

You can add any toolbar button to any toolbar, or favorite or favorite tool, also as "sub-menu button" - shown as a list, as I wrote here already, just use + button to add any action or favorite:

For "New" button you can click to .. item next to it and for "Use internal popup menu" use "$FcPopup_ShellNew", or just add "New text file" button directly.

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. I found the way to do it as you described. But it puts an arrow beside the icon taking up valuable real estate on my laptop screen and I was trying to avoid that.

I was hoping to be able to edit the menu items as they exist by default.

Thanks.
