The option "View|Drives|Same folder like..." doesn

Problem:
The option "View|Drives|Same folder like in the other panel" doesn't work.

To reproduce:
Select the mentioned option. In both tabs choose different folders on THE SAME disk
(let's say "C:\a\" and "C:\b\"). Make the left tab active. Press alt+f2 and then
"C". Result: the right tab stays in the same folder as before.

OS: WinXP SP3
FC: 2008.06b

Confirmed in 2008.06c. Another drive must be in the other pane, then it works good.
