custom drop down folder list?

Hello!

I'm not really sure what this is properly called. After searching a bunch, however, I'm now more confused than when I started. I found a lot about favorites and toolbars but not quite what I'm looking for.

What I want is a drop down list (a few of them, actually) on a toolbar from which I can select custom folders. I don't want them horizontally on a toolbar. I want a button on a toolbar that opens a menu with the custom folders listed therein.

The closest I've been able to get is a drop down list of the drives, but I'm not sure if that's a toolbar:



Although, somehow the Desktop is in the list - I have no idea how that got there.

Is this functionality not supported, or am I missing something plainly obvious>

Well... about 15 minutes after posting here I figured it out.

So never mind. I got this.

You can create a category, then items - items can be files or folders.

For a category you can also assign an icon.
