Tool tiips cluttered with ?'s

Tool tips displayed while hovering over folders contain ?'s in addition to the data that should be there.

I've noticed this too in the date portion of the tool tips.

Yep, I'm running Vista Business 32bit and have the problem. So, maybe it is only a Vista problem. Unless someone running XP has the same problem.

I have XP and don't seem to have an issue, but I was wondering if someone could post a screen shot that shows what the problem looks like. It might help me better understand so I can work to test for and possibly confirm the bug.

I do have Vista and XP, so if there is a difference, I hope I can nail it down.

It is only Vista problem.
