FTP not working

Hi,
I am using Version 2008.06 and FTP is not working for me. Whatever I configure in the FTP connection dialog, I always get error "87 Der Parameter stimmt nicht".

Help is not helpful on this topic. Why does the error message not tell, *which* parameter is wrong or missing? I have been working with quite a lot of FTP programs under a bunch of OSs, but I never had any problem to configure a connection. FTP connection on command line is working perfect with same data.

You should define password for anonymouse login (Extras->Settings->FTP).

I entered everything as shown above, but problem is persisting.

While configuring I saw one option in your second screenshot, which I do not have:

"[] Show hidden files"

Which version did you use for control?

Edit: My system configuration is Intel P4 2000 MHz with Win98 (Winsock 2).

Hello fcuser2008,

I get the same Message at Windows 98 SE.
I see that it work with W2K and Windows XP.
I have not test it with Vista.

But I have no idea to solve this problem.
