Contents of columns swapped

At random, the contents of columns will get swapped. It affects all tabs.
To fix, have to restart FreeCommander.
It affects builds 770 and 780.

I noticed the problem when Windows columns were added.
I have fixed this case now - for the release 785.

The problem is not fully fixed in build 786. The contents are still being swapped like before, except that the header now follows the contents.
