Shortcut keys

#1 Post by Matiaan » 10.07.2008, 14:47

It seems that changing shortcut keys do not work after restart.
I changed "Folder - Edit Address bar" from Alt+G to Alt+D and it works.
Then I restart FreeCommander (with auto-save option on) and the mapping is back to original.
I have tried saving the settings manually before restarting and it still does not work.
I cannot find any file that saves these settings either. They do not seem to be saved in FreeCommander.ini.

Am I missing something obvious?

Also, pressing Ctrl+Shift+F1 to set the window splitter at 0%, asks for the help file, if you did not install it.

(using FreeCommander 2008.06, XP SP3, 1G RAM, 11G free space on HD...)

It works good here. The shortcuts are saved in FreeCommander.shc file.

This is a known bug, should be fixed in the latest beta.

Check the FAQ viewtopic.php?t=5 for "I have defined new shortcuts, ..."

OK, pressing save in the Define-shortcuts window worked as the FAQ said.

Not a bug - moved to General Discussion.
