Bug when right-clicking multiple files - filtered plain view

x64 v705 and earlier

To reproduce:

Use quick filter to filter something (for example only info.txt files)
CTRL-B for plain view
Select multiple .txt files that happen to be in different folders
Right-click as if to open them either via mouse or keyboard

Crashes every time. Doesn't matter if it's two files or 50 as long as they're not all in the same folder.

I can't replicate the crash (maybe it's a shell extension at fault here in your case), but the context menu I get doesn't seem right...

For what it's worth, it doesn't happen in FC 2009.02b

Isn't it expected that the context menu would be different for one file vs. multiple?

@WasabiNME send bug report to Marek. Even if no one can't replicate the crash, Marek could fix the problem based on your bug report.

Can't reproduce either, when using mouse, it's ok, all file are opened in the notepad, but...

...when open using Enter, I have the error dialog:

Code: Select all

Notepad

Cannot find the D:.....ext file.

Do you want to create a new file?

I tried with the same files, some of them have the same name.

FC 704 x64, Win 7 x64.
