601 - The directory name is invalid

Hi,
I was working with 591 since it was released. I just installed 601 over it.
From that moment, when I double click a file to open it (e.g. word, PDF) I get the message "The directory name is invalid".
This is relevant only to files that are located in folders named with Hebrew characters.
For example:
C:\א\a.pdf

i have the exactly same problem, but with czech characters like ž, š, ř and so on. I have build 650.
