...but if "single click to open" options are enabled, then word "only" doesn't make sense, it's to highlight the item, but in this case it's to highlight AND open item.
Therefore I think it should be renamed to "Hot track" or perhaps "Highlight on hover"? I'm not native English speaker.
Any suggestions are welcome...
