Bug? Scrollbar thumbs appearance...

In recent betas, the tree scrollbars display in "flat mode", but the file list scrollbars display in "3D" mode.

(I think all flat looks best!)

I think all flat looks best!
I agree, but I can not find out how to draw the flat scrollbars if the theme is off (Settings->Select items).
