How to synchronize folders

When I click on ALT+S to synchronize the folder opens, but when I type *.* in the INCLUDE field, both COMPARE and SYNCHRONIZE are greyed out.

Which version of FC are you using? Old version has this feature, also the latest beta of XE version, non-public AFAIK.
