I'm not sure if it's related with the other similar reports, but this one is definitely new in 612...
It is impossible to disable full row select in list view, with "theme off" disabled - always - and with "theme off" enabled and option "right align ext. for details and list view" enabled.
Full row select is always enabled, not only for files, but also for folders.
It is hard to activate the FC window if it's inactive, or change the panel with mouse - when using single click to open files/folders.
Win Vista 32 bit.

Partially fixed in 613 but...
In details view, when full row select is disabled, clicking beyond the name field* has no effect (correct), but double clicking* opens the file - instead of "select all files" (in my case, option on empty space).
* e.g.:
The same in list view, when using higher value for "Max. column width for list view", double clicking the right part, next to the filename + ext.** opens the file instead of select all files...

Full row select still can't be disabled if Theme off is unchecked, in build 652 (see screenshots in my previous post).
