Free Commander & Free Commander XE together under Win7

I noticed that I can install FreeCommander and FreeCommander XE together.
Both seem to work.

1) Is this correct or shouldn't I install both ?

2) Very little bug: when I start FreeCommander and seach (Alt-F7) I see the FreeCommander XE icon at the top left...
and I think I'm using FreeCommander XE.

Yes, you can use both versions.
