570 Start menu popup does not show first link - FIXED

The Start Menu popup does not show the first item (whether a link or a folder) in any folder. Examples listing in order the first three items at selected levels of the actual Start Menu:

(1) \Start Menu\Programs\ contains \Accessories\, \Administrative Tools\, \Maintenance\ ...
The FC popup does not show the folder \Accessories\.
Instead, it starts with \Administrative Tools\, etc.

(2) \Start Menu\Programs\Qlock\ contains Help.lnk, Run Qlock.lnk, and Uninstall.lnk
The FC popup does not show the link Help.lnk.
Instead, it shows only Run Qlock.lnk and Uninstall.lnk.

I'm using FC EX 570 general release on Win 7 Home Premium x64.

In the Start Menu popup you can see two items "Programs" - for current user and for all users. Have you checked the two items?

Thanks for the suggestion, Karol. The problem is the same for both the current user and all users. In both cases (as viewed in the actual folder or file view), the first two items under \Start Menu\Programs\ are \Accessories\ and \Administrative Tools\. But the popup does not show \Accessories\ at all. Instead it begins with \Administrative Tools\ as the first item.

Likewise in any folder all the way down at any level: the first item at that level (whether a file link or a folder) will not be shown in the FC popup.
