Running Acrobat Pro Pro on Windows 10 Pro 1903 with latest GPU drivers.

PDF thumbnails were fine with build 740, and they're displaying correctly in Windows Explorer.

all black PDF thumbnails after upgrade

I just upgraded from 740 64 bit to 808 64 bit and PDF thumbnails now render all black.

Is this a bug or is there a way to fix this?

Thought about that and need to wait to get sizes computed and displayed at the bottom of the window but even when that seems completed for all folders and waiting longer the sizes do not automatically display in the column. The column label being different ( Size vs Size Auto ) seems to give a hint ...

I see ALT+F9 or SPACE displaying the folder size at the bottom of the window (1 Object(s) selected XXX MB). But not in the Size column. Actually when I go to level 2 onward (\\NETWORK-DRIVE\1\2\) the column is labelled Size Auto and display folder sizes automatically. On a regular drive the column i...

Folder size on network drives

\\NETWORK-DRIVE\1\2\3\

On my network drives Folder Size only show for level 3 onward.

How to get it to show for level 2 (and possibly 1)?
