Replace/Skip Files > Compare info/Let me decide dialogs not showing

From "Replace or Skip Files" dialog, selecting "Compare info for both file" (single duplicate) or "Let me decide for each file" (multiple duplicates) does not display the expected dialogs.

Is this a bug or is there a fix?

Running 937 on a laptop.

The dialog with the button "Let me decide for each file" is Windows dialog. Try the same operation in Windows Explorer and you will see - it does not work too. Windows bug.
