Re: Number of Files and Folders within each parent folder.

774 is the donor version https://freecommander.com/forum/viewtop ... &start=210.
If you use 32 bit version, you must wait for the next beta or for the version 2019.

Re: Where's v2009 hotkey to choose left or right window/panel?

It is not the same but you could use splitter hot spot.
Click in the upper/lower part of the hot spot has the same function as old ctrl+shift+F1, ctrl+shift+F3.

Re: Advertising and change

If you have really used the program for several years, then you also determine where to find the settings. In the group "General" there is the option "Check for updates".

Re: Quick View - Option to show nothing?

Similar to how WindowsExplorer simply shows 'No preview available'.
Try this solution :).
Simply define the extensions you want (eg *.zip, *.mdb, *.pff, *.exe) in the field "as Windows preview" of the viewer settings.

Re: git icons overlay not correctly displayed

I do not use git and I do not know if it works with FreeCommander but if you use git then you know the notice from https://tortoisegit.org/download/ Context menu and overlays in 32-bit applications on 64-bit Windows On x64 versions of Windows, the TortoiseGit context menu and overlays won't show in ...

Re: Filter cleared at restart.

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature but with older versions (2009.02b) a 'Defined filter' remains active when FC is closed/reopened.
It works for me the same way in the current release.
Maybe you need to deactivate the option "Close all not locked tabs when the program ends".
