2. Define favorite tool button with
Program or folder: %windir%\explorer.exe
Parameter: "%ActivDir%"

It seems to work fine here.
Are you shure you use 929?

You can define one toolbar button with popup menu, in the popup menu you can use multiple commands: http://freecommander.com/en/faq-toolbar ... nPopupMenu

Have you tried to deactivate "Refresh when FreeCommander is activated"?

Try first current free 32 bit version.
If you use AV (AntiVirus) program - try without.

Have you tried Shift+Enter (Attributes/Timestamp) - field "Target"?

You can start FreeCommander with default settings: Tools->Start new instance of FreeCommander with default settings
Check how it is with default settings.

Select Desktop from the drive bar (Shift+0) and then select Computer / This PC. Here you can find your smartphone.

It is the same location as in Windows Explorer.

If you mean keyboard shortcuts in other applications then - no.

If you with "new" Outlook means Outlook 365, then for me drag&drop from Outlook 365 to FC works fine.

I think, this has nothing to do with QuickFilter.
Using option "Use blocking transfer ..." works well.

Deactivate the option for address bar: "Show history popup menu on free area click".

Have you checked your program version?
