Please let me report a problem.

When I search a file containing a character 盤 in its file name, FreeCommander returns no result.

- Steps to produce this problem
1) Create a file containing a character 盤 in its file name
2) Start FreeCommander
3) Ctrl+F
4) Enter 盤 at the field of "File name:"
5) Click "Find" Button
6) No result is found

- Version
FreeCommander XE 2017 Build 740 32-bit public
Language: Japanese

- OS
Windows 10 64bit
Language: Japanese

- Notes
- Windows Explorer does not have this problem.
- The character described here can be found in the following link.

I can't reproduce it in 768 64-bit donor.

It is not to reproduce on Windows 10/64 German und English.

It is certainly reproduced on Windows 10/64 Japanese.

On my english Windows 7x64 the FreeCommander XE 2018 Build 770 32-bit public has no problem in finding me a file with this character

On my pc, this character was not found.
There are more Japanese characters that FC cannot find.
* FreeCommander XE 2018 Build 777 64-bit donor
* Windows10 Pro(1803) 64bit Japanese
