For HighDPI monitor please use the option "Use Windows drawn menus" (Settings->View).
Program restart may be needed.

I tried 'Use Windows drawn menus' with no luck.
as I said before 730 is good but 731 and later have the issue.

735 also has the issue for Alt+ArrowUp popup.
btw.
'Use Windows drawn menus' doesn't have any effect on menus at all on FCXE 731 and later (I'll start another topic on this).
FCXE 735 always uses Windows drawn menus and ignores the settings.
but normal menus have good readability and don't have do that ugly clipping of letters (descenders).

Works ok for me in 736.
Try to activate the property "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" on freecommander.exe.
