[Feature Request]: Transfer plugin settings to separate file

Hi Marek,
I'd love to have the plugin settings transferred from freecommander.ini to a separate ini-file.
That would make it much easier to interchange the settings between FC 32-bit and 64-bit.

Are there no beta testers who want to move changed settings from x86 to x64 and vice versa?
