Hi all,
I want to use SumatraPDF as the viewer for "Quick viewing" pdf files in XE (64). Failed so far. Any hints (for how to set up this) would be most welcome.

Quickview PDF
Re: Quickview PDF
You might find this other thread in the general discussion of FCXE informative.
Also, if you want more assistance you should probably describe the symptoms of your failures so far, and maybe provide some screenshots, so that we can understand what you've tried that is not working. Maybe you're just doing it wrong, or not setting it up correctly, or who knows what. So far your problem is not well defined.
I myself have had no problem using QuickView for PDF, using both Adobe Reader XI as well as PDF-XChange Viewer (as discussed on that other thread).

Re: Quickview PDF
Try using sLister x64 plugin and SumatraPDF x64 compiled by Mr. Dirk Paehl. It works fine for me.

Re: Quickview PDF
Hi dsperber and joby_toss,
thanks for the hints. I've tried both and can report the following (using XE 64bit, version 664)
(a) registering under "Viewers" (SumatraPDF, MuPDF or even PDF-Xchange) does not seem to affect how quick view works.
(b) registering slister x64 (even using the most current SumatraPDF from their own homepage) works well.
Thanks for the help
