658 - Wipe gives no error if elevated rights are needed

If a wipe would need elevated rights, as the files is protected, there will be no dialog what so ever, the wipe dialog will disappear and nothing will happen.
The file is neither wiped nor deleted.
The "normal" delete will bring the "ask for elevated rights and if it does not get the elevated right, will bring an error.
