Temp Folder Location ?

As there is the option to specify a different Temp folder than the default windows temp folder...

are there any benefits from doing so, and what would be the benefits be ?

This could be important if you have copied FC on USB stick and you work with the program on a foreign PC. Maybe you want to leave no tracks on this PC - if yes, then define TEMP folder on your USB stick (slow!).

Ah yes...I see, thanks....

so on my own pc it makes no difference really.

I just thought that because I clear out my temp files quite regularly, it might be slowing down FC in some way if I am constantly removing things that could be left intact in it`s own temp folder, things that FC accesses all the time...
