Unzip Options

#1 Post by wrbird » 13.08.2013, 22:34

Current operation for unzipping is unzipping a file and preserving folder structure, i.e., when a file is unzipped from a zipped file it creates the folder structure in which that folder was zipped. This is a good option, however, there are times I just want to unzip a file into the current folder without preserving the folder structure. Is there a way to do this? I believe FC2009b allowed this.

In "Unpack" dialog in "Target" set "Use current folder" and any file would be unpacked into the current folder without preserving the folder structure.

I thought this was what I needed, but it's not. This will unpack into the current folder that the zip file is located.

I want to be able to unpack a zip file in the folder in the opposite pane without preserving the folder structure of the zip file. This is the option I'm looking for:
