Toggle File Property for "hidden"

Does FC have it's own file properties dialogue, or does it only call Windows' dialogue?

The reason I ask is because I have an icon file that is marked with the "hidden" property, and the windows' dialogue doesn't let you toggle that if it is also marked "system".

Is there a way that FC can do this?

(I'm only asking. I can easily change it via the context menu since I have FileMenuTools installed)
